Eastern Auto Repairs opened in 2020 on Hardie Street as a cost-effective alternative to the dealership — factory-trained, inner-east, and straight with the invoice.
Nadav and the team
Nadav is the workshop manager. The crew is five-strong, each with their own brief — diagnostics, European servicing, the front counter. Factory training from Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz and BMW, and a habit of learning the next platform before it shows up on a trailer.
Customers know they can rely on honesty, trustworthiness and experience across all makes — not just the German four. If the car is unroadworthy, we say so. If it can wait, we say that too.
The idea was simple: present car owners with an economical, dependable option for looking after a prestige vehicle, without pretending a Golf needs a marble foyer.
How we work
Diagnosis
We scan, road-test and trace the fault before we quote. You get a written finding — not a parts cannon and not an open-ended bill.
Quote first
Nothing starts until you’ve authorised the job card. Extra work is always a phone call, never a surprise.
Genuine or OEM
We fit parts that meet or exceed manufacturer spec. Customer-supplied parts are not accepted — they void the warranty.
12 months or 10,000 km
All services and repairs come with a 12 month or 10,000 km warranty. Competition use, misuse or removed parts void it.
